Part 1
When I moved from Tyneside, up the Northumberland Coast during 2017, the website which I had looked after for about a decade, nemaritimetrust.co.uk became neglected, mainly because what was happening in the NEMT workshop or on the slipway was being reported in Social Media along with any notices etc. It seemed reasonable when the Chairman showed an interest in the website in 202o, to pass its editorship over to him.
It was not long before I discovered that the history of NFHT, NEMT’s sister Trust, had been deleted so I took away his editorial rights and set about creating a new website with the name nfht.co.uk from details taken from backed-up version of the original site.
Nfht.co.uk was removed from the public domain in May 2024 at the request of the NFHT Trustees.

Please judge for yourself whether there are any slanderous accusations in the Objection to the Proposal and I had not made any defamatory allegations at all. It appears that Mr Renwick or his supporters did take legal advice because the proposed fraud was abandoned on the 9th January 2023 although it was not until May that NFHT recieved the cash.
The split of Gordon’s bequest of the pair of flats in Jesmond both NEMT and NFHT has never been fair. NEMT decided to sell one of the flats and use that the monies that would become available to do up both flats and to let the second for a source of income. The fairest way of splitting the bequest would have been to split the monies left over from the upgrade of the pair of flats, paying off loans etc. between the trusts and to split the annual income from the flat that was being let between them but that was never done and the split will never be fair until it is done that way.
