Dear Mr Dawson,
In reference to you request for the November minutes.
There is currently a concern about the accuracy of the transcript.
As is usual minutes cannot be made public until agreed and approved by the board of directors.

Further to your slanderous accusations.
Please supply the evidence you use to form these beliefs.

Please be aware that should any more deflamatory allegations be made we will take advice with a view to legal action. 1

Yours sincerely
A Renwick.
NEMT Chairman.

Dear Alec,

Please see the attached document ‘Objection to proposed fraud by the charity – NEMT’.
Please also make the minutes of the meeting held on 22nd November 2022 available to all the interested parties. I suggest the easiest way to do this is to send me a copy so that I can publish it on the website before the meeting to be held on Saturday 14th January.

I’d also noted that Dave Parker was one of the signatories the document ‘NEMT Workshop and Boatshed Policy 10-Nov-2022’ but I have been told that he had resigned the Trusteeship I hope you can confirm that this is true because it puts clear water between him and other signatories.
I need not trouble Dave but I’ll copy him in just in case he is approached by any of the other signatories to the Policy- 2nd reference on the attached file.
If you cannot provide any minutes of the November meeting, I humbly suggest that you also put, clear water between yourself and the proposal to write off the monies owed to NFHT. Why the other signatories wish to keep what is rightfully the NFHT’s is shameful to say the least and you would do well not to associate yourself with such criminal activity.

Kind regards
Mick

1 – Alec Renwick, acting as the Chair of NEMT, or more likely, someone who took notice of what I was saying and sought legal advice and the debt to NFHT was paid a month or so after the exchange of 6th January 2023. The Treasurer of NEMT should be able to give one a more precise date and how much was paid.
