On the 2nd April 2019 I received a registered letter from one of the NEMT Trustees, Martin Wilson:-
One can see the complete letter as it has been copied to the media stream of nemaritimetrust.co.uk but I will just comment here on his paragraph, Membership, Visitors & Volunteers:-
1 The membership of NFHT is and always has been the same as that of NEMT.
2 Please see point 1.
3 The same number of active volunteers as NEMT.
4 Whenever the volunteers of NEMT meet.
5 It should be by same amount as the volunteers of NEMT.
6 NFHT were brought into existence as sub group of NEMT to look after the vessels such as the Rachel Douglas, that had been made seaworthy by NEMT’s volunteers and they included those such as myself.
7 technically none but they had been free to use without restriction, any properties leased or owned by NEMT until Mr Renwick gained control of NEMT in 2020.
He goes on to ask 44 questions in all, under three headings, Financial, Management/Governance and Public Benefit and need I add more, except to ask who misinformed Mr Wilson and why?
