Subject: Re: Objection to proposed fraud by the charity – NEMT
Dear Mr Dawson,
In reference to you request for the November minutes.
There is currently a concern about the accuracy of the transcript. 1
As is usual minutes cannot be made public until agreed and approved by the board of directors. 2
Further to your slanderous accusations. 3
Please supply the evidence you use to form these beliefs. 4
Please be aware that should any more deflamatory allegations be made we will take advice with a view to legal action. 5
Yours sincerely
A Renwick.
NEMT Chairman.
Notes:
1 – the original transcript had a list of all the NEMT attendees at the November meeting but the second transcript was written, I believe, by a Mr K Lund on behalf of the self appointed Chair of NEMT Mr A Renwick and the list of attendees had to be replaced with no list.
2 – the original minutes reflected fairly accurately what happened at the meeting and I believe its author Peter Weightman received no requests to make any corrections.
3 – no slanderous accusations were made.
4 – it needed a very limited knowledge of the law to know that the Legacy of of Gordon Brown made in 2016 was not carried out as he had wished.
5 – there was not even one defamatory allegation no more made and zero plus zero equals zero.
6 – there are no minutes of any NEMT meeting that show that he was an elected Chair of the Trust.
